Ko obrađuje podatke

Dom+ (aplikacija za Samsung TV te Android TV / Google TV) i server home.devbase.ba. Odgovoran: AGENCIJA DEVBASE (Inas Suljić), Tušnjići bb, 71300 Visoko, Bosna i Hercegovina · info@devbase.ba. Server se nalazi: Hetzner, Njemačka (EU) / Germany (EU).

Koje podatke i zašto

• MAC adresa TV-a i ključ uređaja (na Android TV-u umjesto MAC adrese: ID uređaja koji aplikacija izvede iz Android ID-a): da bi bilješke, radio stanice, kamere, Pametna kuća i album pripadali samo tvom TV-u i da bi se mogao prijaviti na web (adresa + lozinka). Ključ se čuva samo kao hash.
• Bilješke, radio stanice, postavke kamera i Pametne kuće, fotografije albuma: ono što sam uneseš na webu ili telefonu. Fotografije se prije spremanja ponovo kodiraju (uklanjaju se lokacija i ostali EXIF podaci).
• Lozinke kamera, adrese kamera s lozinkom i Home Assistant token: šifruju se u tvom pregledniku ključem tvog TV-a. Server čuva samo šifrovani zapis i ne može ga pročitati.
• Lista uređaja iz Home Assistanta (nazivi, prostorije): da bi na webu izabrao favorite. Stanja uređaja se ne šalju.
• Izvještaji o greškama (poruka greške, verzija, model preglednika, MAC) i provjera statusa TV-a po MAC adresi, na iptv.devbase.ba: za ispravljanje grešaka i zaštitu od zloupotrebe. Adrese s lozinkama se iz izvještaja uklanjaju.
• Moj Klub (samo Samsung TV, i samo ako je ta aplikacija instalirana): MAC adresa servisu sport.devbase.ba, da bi se prikazale utakmice tvog kluba.
• Treće strane bez tvojih podataka: vrijeme i kvalitet zraka (Open-Meteo), vaktija (vaktija.ba, preko našeg servera), radio stanice, Kur'an (Islamic Network CDN), stanje na putevima (BIHAMK, preko našeg servera). Oni vide samo uobičajeni mrežni zahtjev (IP adresu).
• Kamere i Home Assistant u tvojoj mreži: TV im se obraća direktno; slike i stanja ne prolaze kroz naš server.

Koliko dugo

• Podaci TV-a koji se 180 dana ne javi serveru brišu se automatski (zajedno s bilješkama, stanicama, kamerama, albumom).
• Prošle bilješke bez pribadače brišu se nakon 30 dana.
• Fotografije ostaju dok ih ne obrišeš ili dok se ne obrišu podaci TV-a.
• Zapisi za ograničenje broja pokušaja (npr. prijava) brišu se nakon najviše jednog dana.

Tvoja prava

Na TV-u: Postavke → Privatnost → Obriši moje podatke odmah briše sve što server ima za tvoj TV i traži od iptv.devbase.ba da obriše podatke za tvoju MAC adresu. Serverske funkcije možeš isključiti u istom meniju; Dom+ tada radi bez našeg servera. Podatke ne prodajemo i ne koristimo za reklame. Aplikacija nema reklama ni praćenja.

Who processes the data

What we process and why

• The TV's MAC address and a device key (on Android TV, instead of the MAC: a device ID the app derives from the Android ID): so that notes, radio stations, cameras, smart home settings and the photo album belong to your TV only, and for the web login (MAC + password). The key is stored only as a hash.
• Notes, radio stations, camera and smart home settings, album photos: what you enter on the web or your phone. Photos are re-encoded before they are stored (location and other EXIF data are removed).
• Camera passwords, camera URLs containing credentials and the Home Assistant token: encrypted in your browser with your TV's key. The server stores only the ciphertext and cannot read it.
• Your Home Assistant device list (names, rooms): to pick favourites on the web. Device states are not sent.
• Error reports (error message, version, browser model, MAC) and the TV status check by MAC address, on iptv.devbase.ba: to fix bugs and prevent abuse. URLs with credentials are stripped from reports.
• Moj Klub (Samsung TV only, and only if that app is installed): the MAC address is sent to sport.devbase.ba to show your club's matches.
• Third parties, without your data: weather and air quality (Open-Meteo), prayer times (vaktija.ba, via our server), radio stations, Qur'an recitations (Islamic Network CDN), road conditions (BIHAMK, via our server). They only see an ordinary network request (IP address).
• Cameras and Home Assistant in your home network: the TV talks to them directly; images and states do not pass through our server.

Retention

• Data of a TV that has not contacted the server for 180 days is deleted automatically (with its notes, stations, cameras and album).
• Past, unpinned notes are deleted after 30 days.
• Photos are kept until you delete them or the TV's data is deleted.
• Rate-limit records (e.g. login attempts) are deleted after one day at most.

Your rights

On the TV: Settings → Privatnost → Obriši moje podatke ("delete my data") immediately deletes everything the server holds for your TV and asks iptv.devbase.ba to delete the data for your MAC address. The same menu turns the server features off; Dom+ then works without our server. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. The app has no ads and no tracking.
